A calm first run

Sign in or create your Clarity OS account.
Add block categories for the websites and apps you want to limit.
Prepare the devices where you want protection to run.
Schedule a Protection Window and choose whether it can be ended early.
Check the active-window indicator when your session starts.

Troubleshooting

Fast checks when something feels off

A site is not being blocked

Confirm the site is included in a block category attached to the active protection window.
Open the Clarity app on your iPhone and confirm the required permissions are enabled.
Open Devices and verify your iPhone is ready.

A protection window did not start

Review the scheduled start time and time zone.
Make sure the protection window is assigned to the device you expected.
Return to Protection Windows and check whether another active protection window is already running.

I need to stop a session

Flexible protection windows can be ended from the active protection-window controls.
Strict protection windows are designed to stay active until their scheduled end.
Account-level emergency controls live in Account when available.
