Our Philosophy

We want you to use Clarity OS because it genuinely helps you — not because you feel locked into a subscription.

Clarity OS LLC offers Clarity OS at $12/month or $96/year. We keep this policy simple and generous so you can try the product with confidence.

Free Trial

Every new subscription includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.

Monthly Subscriptions

If you are not satisfied after your first payment, contact us. We generally issue full refunds for recent charges made directly through Clarity OS.

Annual Subscriptions

If you accidentally purchase an annual subscription, or simply decide it is not right for you, contact us. We generally refund the annual purchase and, if requested, help you switch to a monthly plan instead.

Renewal Charges

Forgot to cancel? It happens. If you contact us promptly after an automatic renewal, we generally refund the charge.

Technical Problems

If Clarity OS is not functioning correctly because of a technical issue on our end, we will work with you to resolve the problem or provide a refund.

Exceptions

We may decline refund requests involving fraud, chargeback abuse, repeated refund requests, or violations of our Terms of Service.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, although your bank or payment provider may take additional time.

Third-Party Purchases

If subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or another third-party marketplace in the future, refunds must be requested through that marketplace's refund process.
